<p>These little gems are all oddball concoctions of decadent flavors and textures.  Things like Mexican ancho and chipotle chiles, ceylon cinnamon, and dark chocolate (the Red Fire truffle); or milk chocolate and candied violet flower (viola truffle); or Chinese star anise + fennel + pastis + dark chocolate (the Absinthe truffle), all dance together perfectly in your mouth.  Truly some of the best chocolate I&#8217;ve ever had.  We first discovered them at their boutique in Vegas, at the Forum Shops extension.  Nothing else compares.</p>
