My Amazing Wife is almost through with her second tour of duty as an expectant mother.  This time, she’s not only is finishing out her wedding season, shooting well into her 8th month, but also watching our rowdy little toddler when she’s not working.  Here she is yesterday, looking radiant in front of a passing storm.  Metaphorically, the storm that just kicked southern California’s ass seems to be clearing just as things get easier for her (her last wedding of the season is this weekend, and she’ll be 37 weeks pregnant with our daughter, Scout), so this portrait of her is a fitting depiction of Chenin at a turning point in her life.

I’m so proud of you, love!  Thanks for being a living example of just how tough women can be!
